What You Need to Know About Our Terms

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Account & Security, and select 'Close Account'. Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn first. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you'll need to create a new account with a different email address after 30 days.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are final once confirmed in your wallet. Reversals are not possible through our system. If the deposit amount is clearly wrong, contact live chat with proof (screenshot of your bank confirmation) within 24 hours for a one-time manual review.

After you request a withdrawal, we verify your account and process the payment within 24 hours. DANA, OVO and GoPay typically credit within 5 minutes; QRIS bank transfers take 2–4 hours depending on your bank. Large withdrawals (over Rp 10,000,000) may require additional verification.
